Balloons lift off at sunrise from a launch field next to the Teotihuacan archaeological zone, in the State of Mexico. Please arrive about 30 minutes before sunrise so the crew can prepare the balloon while the sky lightens.

Can children, pregnant women or older adults fly?

The flight is gentle and well suited to families and couples. The minimum age to fly is 5 years old. Children aged 5 to 10 can fly at the full adult rate, since they take a complete spot in the basket; under 5 cannot fly for safety reasons. Pregnant women cannot fly, at any stage of pregnancy. Older adults can fly with no upper age limit as long as they can step into the basket on their own (~1.20 m).
