How many people fit in one balloon?

Each balloon basket carries several passengers depending on the aircraft and total weight. For larger groups we coordinate several balloons so everyone flies together at the same sunrise.

Can you celebrate a birthday during the flight?

Absolutely. The Birthday Balloon Flight ($2,300 MXN) includes a commemorative diploma and a sparkling toast on landing. We can also arrange a personalized banner or sign on request when you book in advance.

Do you organize corporate events and team building?

What is included in every flight?

Every sunrise flight lasts about one hour with preparation and a final toast, includes passenger insurance and certified pilots, and lets you bring a camera or phone aboard. If the weather doesn't allow flying, we reschedule at no extra cost.

Is it safe to fly a hot air balloon in Teotihuacan?

Yes. Every flight is operated by commercial pilots certified by Mexico's civil aviation authority (AFAC). Passenger insurance is included on every flight. If the weather does not allow flying safely, we reschedule your flight at no extra cost.

Do children pay full price?

Yes. Children pay the same per-person price as adults; there is no child discount. The price is per seat in the balloon regardless of age. The minimum age to fly is 5 years old: children under 5 cannot fly for safety reasons. Pregnant women cannot fly either, at any stage of pregnancy.
